Novak's High-RPM Stator and Premium Racing Components Now Available!
Design your own Brushless Motor! Novak is offering customers the opportunity to customize their own Ballistic motor with Novak's Build-A-Ballistic™ program. Because of the Ballistic Brushless Motor's ingenious rebuildable design, drivers can choose among dozens of options to create their very own personalized Ballistic Brushless Motor.
To start building your ideal Ballistic 540 Spec Motor, select an option from each of the six drop-down menus:
Stator: 5 winds*- 10.5T, 13.5T, 17.5T, 21.5T, or 25.5T
Rotor: 4- Neodymium 12.3mm*, 12.5mm HT*, or 13.0mm; Samarium Cobalt-12.3mm (*ROAR Approved)
Endbells: 2 types- Standard or Vented
Bearings: 2 materials- Steel or Ceramic
Sleeve: 5 colors- orange, black, blue, gold, or purple
Sensor Harness: 3 lengths- Short (4"/100mm), Medium (6"/150mm), or standard (9"/230mm) For applications that require a longer harness, sensor harness extensions are available (see recommended product below).
*Several winds feature Novak's premium red wire and/or are available epoxy-dipped for added reliability. Novak's HIgh-RPM stators are available in 10.5T, 13.5T, and 17.5T. and Novak's Ultra Low-Resistance (ULR) stators are available in 10.5T, 13.5T, 17.5T, and 21.5T
In order for your custom-built motor to be added to the cart, please choose one option for each drop-down menu. Because your motor is assembled to order, it may take up to 10 business days to complete.

To ensure the highest quality, each Build-A-Ballistic™ brushless motor is built-to-order by Novak motor-assembly experts at the Novak factory in Irvine, California. Each motor passes numerous tests including a final dyno test and individually timed to ensure top-quality performance. Let us do the work for you!
